SHIPPING IN USA
Our normal shipping is United Parcel Service (UPS), but we can send your order throughout the carrier of your preference DHL, UPS, sorry no FedEx.

SHIPPING TIMES
We ship every Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings with a few exceptions… Our out off times are the evenings before so we can prepare the orders for the following morning.

SHIPPING OPTIONS USA
If you order is below $500 and your shipping address is located in the USA, the following will be applicable.

1. We will accept your Visa and MasterCard, Discover or American Express.
2. Your order will be shipped via U.S.P.S. at the cost shown no your email receipt. By placing your order, either by phone or via the Internet, you automatically accept the associated costs charged to your credit card.

SHIPPING OPTIONS OVERSEAS
3. We will accept your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.
4. Your order will be shipped via U.S.P.S. at the cost shown on your email receipt. By placing your order, either by phone or via the internet, you automatically accept the associated costs charged to your credit card, consider that the minimum charge to send product overseas is 25.00 US Dollars.

DELIVERY: We cannot guarantee delivery as we are not the carrier that performs that service. Once we complete your shipment with the carrier, the mail delivery system takes over. If your shipment does not arrive, contact us and we will run a trace on the shipment. Each customer normally has a tracking number on their shipment. Other than that, there is nothing we can do. You can register a complaint with the carrier. In the mean time we have done what we can to explain the process and therefore we cannot provide a refund for non-delivery of the shipment.


REFUND POLICY
1. There are no refunds after 30 days from the invoice date.
2. The refund will only be the product cost, less 20% restocking fee.
3. Any bottles, packages, etc. that have the seal broken will not be refunded.
4. The customer must pay postage to return the package for a refund.
5. Please allow 21 business days after sending the package for the refund to be processed and a credit issued to be applied to your credit card.
For customers from India, Brazil, Honduras, Germany and South America
It seems impossible to ship ANY vitamin or nutritional product to India, Brazil, Honduras, Germany and South American Countries.

Up to now all customers in these countries have had the product shipped to a friend or family member and that person hand carries the product on a personal trip to the target country. We have no reports of any problems with Customs in the countries with this method of transportation.

There are no refunds for shipment to these countries.

For Customers in Australia
It is mandatory that you request a TGA form and fax us or e-mail us a copy of it so we can send your order; otherwise we are not responsible for a package held by customs. .
